Who Dat News: Saints Sign Senior Citizen to Aid Secondary.

News: The Saints have signed 14-year veteran cornerback Aaron Glenn to an undisclosed contract, according to neworleanssaints.com. Glenn, 5-feet-9, 183 pounds, was picked in the first round by the Jets in 1994. He played in 5 games last season for Jacksonville, intercepting one pass, which he returned for a touchdown.

Who Dat Say: Glenn has not been a full time starter since 2004, when he was with the Houston Texans. He is familiar with the Saints coaching staff, having played under coach Sean Payton and defensive coordinator Gary Gibbs when both were in Dallas. It remains to be seen if the 35-year-old corner has enough gas left in the tank to help shore up a secondary which was 30th in the NFL in passing yards allowed last season. At the very least he should provide a little adult supervision for the kiddies.
